Roy
Sunstrum has over 20 years of business and leadership experience, including
several years at Director & Vice President levels in Nortel Networks
& JDS Uniphase. Roys areas of focus during this time included
component engineering, supply management and logistics, semiconductor
operations and facilities management.
Roy has been active in the Ottawa Manufacturers
Network Advisory Board for many years and acts in advisory capacities
for numerous young technology companies. Most recently, he developed a
course on world class supply chain risk management and offers this course
in cities across Canada.
Damian
Hanel has over 20 years of business experience including leadership roles
in Nortel Networks in Hardware & Software Development, Quality, Product
Assurance and Business Development (Japan). He played a key role in the
reliability management initiative of the worlds first OC192 transmission
system, which, at the time of its introduction, was the most reliable transmission
system developed by Nortel Networks.
Prior to joining forces with Roy Sunstrum in March
2002, Damian worked with start-ups and young businesses in the Ottawa
region establishing systematic approaches to development and
deployment processes.
Collectively, Damian Hanel and Roy Sunstrum
have over 45 years of successful business experience in small, medium
and large organizations and they draw upon a strong network of business
and technical professionals that spans the globe.
